You can still join us for phase 2 of this first brewing co-creation project.
Several hundred people took part in this first survey and shared with us their tastes, desires, and vision of the ideal beer.
Result?
We have identified 6 styles of beer that reflect your preferences. Two of them have already been brewed:
- La Galoche, a light, fruity, and refreshing Session IPA
- La Première Sess, a balanced and approachable Belgian Pale Ale
And here are the 4 other styles that emerge from this survey :

Herbaceous and spicy IPA (7%)
A dry and expressive West Coast IPA, with aromas of fresh herbs and peppery spices. -
Triple less sweet, rather dry (7%)
A light amber, slightly bitter, malty, with a spicy touch and a dry profile, easy to drink. -
Floral and light season (5%)
A dry, refreshing beer, slightly bitter, with subtle floral aromas and excellent drinkability. -
A Belgian traditional and sour beer (4.5%)
A beer that is similar to Orval but lighter and more digestible, dry, fruity (stone fruits), slightly tangy and peppery.
