The SVT - Strong Saison Beer

Description :
The SVT, for Scientia Vincere Tenebras or Life and Earth Sciences in French according to your preference, is a strong Saison beer brewed in homage to the Faculty of Sciences.
Behind its golden blonde, luminous and slightly veiled appearance, the SVT reveals a dry, expressive and elegant beer. Its aromatic profile highlights floral, herbal and slightly spicy notes, accompanied by a delicate cereal touch. On the palate, it offers a beautiful balance between intensity, freshness and finesse, with a very dry finish that prolongs the tasting without heaviness.
With its 7% alcohol, the SVT asserts its character while maintaining a lovely drinkability. Its moderate bitterness of 29 IBU supports the structure of the beer without overpowering the aromas. It is a bright and precise beer, both festive and scientific in spirit, and true to the idea of knowledge that is shared.
Best enjoyed between 6°C and 8°C, in a Teku or tulip glass, to fully appreciate its floral, spicy, and cereal aromas.
The Prométhée - Fruity beer blackcurrant-blueberry

Description :
The Prométhée is a light and fruity beer brewed for the Cercle des Sciences. On the palate, it offers a fruity, fresh, and accessible profile, highlighted by notes of blackcurrant and blueberry. Its light character and lovely liveliness make it an easy beer to enjoy.

La Hobbes Session - English Pale Ale

Description :
The Hobbes Session is an English Pale Ale co-created with the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of ULB (PHISOC) to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
It is characterised by a slightly coppery colour and a fine white head. It has sweet aromas of malt and caramel, with a slight hint of floral hops. The flavour is malty, slightly sweet, and balanced by a moderate bitterness. This beer is light on the palate, with a dry finish and moderate carbonation..
Why Hobbes? Because we don't toast with a philosopher every day! A nod to Thomas Hobbes, author of the famous Leviathan, and to the session - which we sincerely hope will be the first. Obsession? No, just a lovely celebration. To be savoured with the wisdom of the philosopher.

La Première Sess - Belgian Pale Ale

La Galoche - Session IPA
