Stéphane Bruyneel

Passionate about science and a great beer enthusiast, Stéphane Bruyneel holds a Master degree in Physical Sciences from ULB. After a career in the telecommunications sector and the development of innovative solutions, he decided to embark on a project that made more sense and was more aligned with his values. .

Since 2010, he has been exploring the world of home brewing, reconnecting him with his love for science. This passion has led him to train as a microbrewer at the EFP, during which time he has become aware of the issues of sustainability and the defence of this heritage..

Denys Van Elewyck

Denys holds a master's degree in art history and archaeology, specialising in Practical Archaeology. After numerous excavation projects in different countries, he decides to undertake training in malting, brewing, and fermentation at the Meurice Institute to better understand the brewing heritage that he particularly cherishes!
