Description :

La Hobbes Session is an English Pale Ale co-created with the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of ULB (PHISOC) to celebrate their 10th anniversary.

It is characterised by a slightly coppery colour and a fine white head. It has sweet aromas of malt and caramel, with a slight hint of floral hops. The flavour is malty, slightly sweet, and balanced by a moderate bitterness. This beer is light on the palate, with a dry finish and moderate carbonation.

Why Hobbes? Because we don't toast with a philosopher every day! A nod to Thomas Hobbes, author of the famous Leviathan, and to the session - which we sincerely hope will be the first. Obsession? No, just a lovely celebration. To be savoured with the wisdom of the philosopher.

To be enjoyed: Well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, to fully appreciate its aromas and lightness.
